Un Staffed Set Up - Damage and Loss


Thank you for choosing our Unstaffed Set Up

This payment is your damage and loss payment. 

Once the kit has been returned/collected we will check it for any missing pieces or major breakages. If there are missing items we will contact you to give you time to look for the items in your home/setting.

If there are major breakages we will contact you to let you know, as well as supplying you with the information about how much it will cost to replace the items. 

General wear and tear is factored into the main hire fee and will not be charged for. 

Once kit has been checked your damage and loss deposit will be returned to you. This may be in full, or minus charges. We will communicate with you throughout.
