Refund policy

The purchase of your place is for that particular date and time. If you wish to cancel your place you must do so within 5 working days before your session is due to take place. If you cancel within this time frame then you are eligible for a full refund OR we can offer to transfer you to a different date. Transfers are dependant upon availability.

If a cancellation is made outside of the 5 working days then it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who has close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus, or has presented with Covid symptoms. If Whistle - Tot Lane needs to close for any reason you will be issued with a full refund for any sessions outstanding. By making any booking you agree to the terms and conditions laid out above. All terms and agreement are for the safety of you, other attendees and us the staff. Thank you for your cooperation.
