SESSION INFORMATION
Sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. All ages welcome but most suitable from 18 months to 5 years old. Siblings under 11 months go free of charge.
There is plenty of free car parking on site as well as toilets in the building.
We look forward to welcoming you to one of our pop up sessions. To ensure all children and their families have the best possible experience, please can we ask you to kindly read through our rules of play before purchasing tickets and attending our sessions.
Welcome to Our Play Village!
To help everyone have a safe, happy and enjoyable visit, please follow our Rules of Play:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. Parents and carers remain responsible for their children throughout the session.
Children under 3 years old, or those who may put objects in their mouths, must be closely supervised while playing.
Please encourage kind and gentle play. Running, pushing, climbing on equipment or rough play is not permitted.
Our equipment is designed for imaginative play. Please use all toys and play stations as intended and help us look after them.
Food, drinks and chewing gum must not be taken into the play village. This helps us keep the equipment clean and safe for everyone.
If your child has experienced vomiting, diarrhoea or another contagious illness within the last 48 hours, please do not attend.
If you spot any damaged equipment or a potential hazard, please let us know immediately so we can deal with it promptly.
Please help keep the play village tidy by returning toys to their play stations when you've finished.
We want everyone to enjoy their visit. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving in an unsafe, disruptive or abusive manner to leave the session.

The purchase of your place is for that particular date and time. If you wish to cancel your place you must do so within 4 working days before your session is due to take place. If you cancel within this time frame then you are eligible for a full refund OR we can offer to transfer you to a different date. Transfers are dependant upon availability. If a cancellation is made outside of the 4 working days or do not attend then it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.
